The Castle

The estate’s 25 hectares (about 62 acres) consist of a completely renovated castle villa surrounded by a big pond and stable compound with 2 houses.

The castle villa has been completely renewed which totals 1,380m² living space, three garages and several terraces.

The Stable

It consists 30 of stables which are about 3 by 4 meters each. Five horse washing places, equine solarium, feed room, English tack room, office and a professional indoor arena 20 by 40 meters with controlled sprinkler system. Big straw/hay place, a huge barn for different purposes and two seperated places for the blacksmith. Total about 4,000m².

Outside facilities contain a roofed horse walker for 6 horses and an outdoor arena with special ebb and flow system (26 by 65 meters). The longing arena is surrounded by parkland and has a beautiful view at the castle villa. 2 paddocks complete the total.

Accomodation for the grooms
One house/apartment for the grooms is situated on top of the stables, with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with kitchenette. The living overlooks the stables build in a circle locally known as Arabica. The canteen in the middle is encircled by a courtyard.

The third house

The third house is recently build and is located next to the stables. It contains a big kitchen, dining room, office, living room, 3 bedrooms, 3 fire places and a outdoor swimming pool.
